Overview

At Gooroomee, one of the projects that I worked on as a product manager was creating a new online video interview solution. It is a B2B solution that accommodates companies to have large-scale recruitments online. In this project, I was responsible for creating features and user flows and designing wireframes. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and successfully released the solution, utilized by dozens of companies and thousands of interviewees.

Business Needs

During the pandemic, companies in Korea faced challenges in recruiting. They often had in-person behavioral assessment tests with hundreds of applicants and had many-to-many interviews to hire new grads. After all in-person events were switched to online, companies had a demand for a new solution that can accommodate large-scale interviews and tests.

Communication

To design B2B products, I identified business needs and demands from clients by communicating with the business development team.
Collaborating with designers and engineers, I could define and design features that could be implemented efficiently with given resources.
